Welcome! I am so glad you are here! I am Lesley, the face behind Oak & Way Lash Co. I grew up on a small farm north of Edmonton, immersed in outdoor activities like 4 - H, hunting, fishing and sports. If you were to ask my family, they would have never expected me to be involved in the beauty industry. Following my social work diploma, my family grew! I decided to pursue my passion of helping people, through a different lens, which led me to lashing. Returning from maternity leave, I decided to rebrand into Oak & Way Lash Co and move my home business into Lloydminster. This rebrand was to reflect my why. Oak is my daughter's initials, which represents strength, power, and resiliency. Way is the start of my son's name, which represents love, guidance, and courage. These two firey souls are the drive, inspiration, and fuel hind Oak & Way Lash Co.
